The U11 and 12 age groups are an important transition that happens at the completion of the ACADEMY and prior to 11 VS. 11 / Senior Programming.

Beginning to put it all together

U11 / U12

The U11 and U12 age groups are crucial stages in a young soccer player's development, serving as the bridge between small-sided play and skill development to the full 11v11 competitive game model. At this level, players continue to refine their technical skills—such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting—while beginning to understand how, when, and where to apply them in game situations. Tactical awareness becomes increasingly important, as players start to grasp concepts like spacing, movement off the ball, and decision-making under pressure. These age groups lay the groundwork for positional understanding and team shape, preparing players for the physical and mental demands of the 11v11 format they will encounter in the U13 - 19 years.
