+1 YMCA Program
The first ‘bridge' between the Hammerheads and YMCA that we have built is our ‘+1' program. Held during the YMCA season, The +1 program provides an additional weekly soccer practice for our YMCA players. Registrants will practice within the Hammerheads Academy at the Ncino Sports Park. ‘+1' is held on both Mondays and Thursdays and the families chose the day that works for them. This also ensures that your player does not miss their YMCA recreational practice. If your player is loving their YMCA experience and wants more, the +1 gives you an additional practice and a 6 week trial of the Hammerheads Academy
The Details of +1
Players, ages 7-10, will be ‘injected' into the Hammerheads Academy programming for this additional day of practice. We will make them feel welcome and get comfortable and they will play and participate like all the players in the current program. Players can join in either on Monday’s or Thursday.
